At Unite Healthcare we are fully committed to our aim of providing high quality care to all our service users. We ensure all new staff undertake The Care Certificate as part of a standard induction. Introduced by the Government in 2015 The Care Certificate is a set of 15 standards which those working in care need in their day-to-day caring duties. The Care Certificate gives everyone the confidence that these workers have the same introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support.

We want you to excel in your care with us and will give you every opportunity. Therefore, we first look within to promote into supervisory and management positions. Many of our current managers started in care positions and this could be you.
